Now available is our Gift Certificate in denominations of 25 Eu to 500 Eu which can be used towards any artwork on the Art Lovers Algarve (ALA) website. Just complete the form under Gift Certificate on the website. It makes a great gift for that friend, family member, or client who is hard to buy for.
Our new Billboard goes up on Hwy 22 near Mar Shopping on June 16th. Don’t forget to watch for it when you’re heading west from IKEA, Faro or the Eastern Algarve.

Here are some of the events happening throughout the Algarve art community. Aqui estão alguns dos eventos que acontecem em toda a comunidade artística algarvia.
The last artisan day of the summer at the Loule Market is Saturday, June 14th. Steampunk Artist, Mickey Craig will be there as well as many other fine craftspersons. Then they’re gone until the fall.
SUNDOWN FESTIVAL will be taking place at the Warehouse in Parchal/Lagoa on Saturday July 2 from 15-21:00 hours. Some of our ALA members will be participating in this fun Artisanal Market. Food and live music will make it a party atmosphere.
Lilac Lagos has several workshops happening over the summer. Aimed at beginners and artists wanting to develop skills in a more structured environment. Please join Claire Lloyd-Bown and the other four ‘lilacs’ to explore your own creativity,

ART EXPO ALGARVE, FISSUL Pavillion, Silves, Nov 14-16,2025
ART EXPO ALGARVE is the oldest and most visited art fair in the South of Portugal, This year we celebrate our 4th edition at the FISSUL Pavillion in Silves. Please visit the Art Lovers Algarve section and talk to your favourite ALA artists about their work and their process.
