Antje Lankenau
A busy professional life took Antje to many countries around the world. After retiring, she attended painting classes in 2005 at the Art Centre of the Ministry of Culture in Abu Dhabi, where she studied and worked for three years with artists from many different countries and cultural backgrounds.
In 2015 Antje left New Zealand to live in the Algarve.
During the COVID Lockdown her style of painting changed from semi-abstract oil painting ( often with knives) to the present abstract brush painting.

Uma Vida profissional agitada levou-a a vårios pafses do mundo. Depois de se reformar, frequentou aulas de pintura em 2005 no Centro de Arte do Ministério da Cultura em Abu Dhabi, onde estudou e trabalhou durante trés anos com artistas de diferentes paises e origens culturais.
Em 2015 deixou a Nova Zelåndia para viver no Algarve.
Durante o bloqueio da COVID, o seu estilo de pintura mudou da pintura a Oleo semi-abstrata (geralmente com espåtulas) para a atual pintura abstrata com pincel.Blue Vase and Poppies
