Living in the beautiful Algarve in Portugal the artist Sharon Hurst works with charcoal, acrylics and watercolour as her chosen mediums. Sharon brings to life the spirit of the wildlife through her artwork.

From a young age, Sharon was fascinated with animals and spent hours immersed in wildlife books replicating their forms. Although life took her on a different path and her passion for art remained dormant, awaiting the perfect moment to resurface.

Sharon rediscovered her artistic calling 37 years later, seamlessly picking up where she left off. With a renewed focus on her wildlife subjects.
